Domestic (US) orders are shipped within 1 business day if nothing else is stated on the Order Confirmed page.

International orders are shipped within 5 business days if nothing else is stated on the Order Confirmed page (standard and express).

All orders are sent via our shipping partner in Ohio, United States.

Average shipping times (Standard Shipping):

• USA: 3-8 days  (depending on state, see exact during checkout)
• International: 8-14 days (depending on country, see exact during checkout)

Average shipping times (Express Shipping):

• USA: 2-3 days  (depending on state, see exact during checkout)
• International: 5-8 days  (depending on country, see exact during checkout)

We have a 90 day return policy, meaning you have 90 days to request a return from the day your order arrives.

Size exchanges are always available, as long as your desired size is in stock. If it is out of stock we will ship your new ring as soon as it is restocked.

Customs Information

The United States and countries in the European Union are free of duties and taxes.

VAT, GST or any other duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for other international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
