Shipping

We ship all orders from our office in Stockholm, Sweden - we ship world-wide!

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends) if nothing else is stated on the Order Confirmed Page.

*If the item is a preorder, it will be shipped before or on the date stated on the purchase page. You will receive an email with tracking once it has been shipped. If we are experiencing delays, please check the Order Confirmed page for an update, or reach out via email.

We send the Ratchet Ring well protected: double boxed and with packing paper to ensure it does not bounce around inside the box. 

Estimated shipping times (business days, non-expedited):

• Sweden & the other Nordic countries: 1-3 days
• Rest of Europe: 3-7 days
• USA & Canada: 5-7 days
• South America: 7-10 days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5-12 days
• Africa: 5-12 days
• Asia: 5-12 days

Tracking (non-expedited)

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you find the tracking information to be non-satisfactory, you can enter your tracking number here for additional information. 

Our carrier (for the non-expedited shipping option) does not support tracking to the following countries:

• Czech Republic
• Philippines 
• Chile
• Kuwait
• Taiwan 
• Serbia 
• Peru 
• Brunei 
• India
• Puerto Rico 
• Vietnam 
• South Africa 
• Qatar 

Shipments to these countries will be sent as First-Class International Parcels, non-tracked.

Customs Information

Countries in the European Union are free of duties and taxes.

The United States is free of duties and taxes up to $800.

The value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

VAT or any other duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
