Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no scratches or other signs of wear) and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item in question is damaged.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of the return shipping, but we do cover the cost of shipping the new ring to you.
If you are sending your return from the US, UK or Canada, you have the option of opting for a prepaid return shipping label for $19.

Fees
Due to recent changes in U.S. and international border regulations, we’ve had to introduce new fees for international (non-U.S.) returns and exchanges. Handling, processing, and import/export costs have risen sharply, making it impossible for us to fully absorb these expenses while staying sustainable.
We’re closely monitoring policy updates and will adjust these fees as new cross-border agreements are introduced. Please know that even with the new fees, we continue to absorb the majority of the associated costs to keep them as low as possible for you. We’re doing everything we can to ease this burden and appreciate your understanding and continued support.
In the event of a faulty product, all fees are waived.
US fees (including a prepaid return label):
- Refund and Exchanges: 9 USD
UK and Canada fees:
- Refund: 23.85 USD
- Refund with prepaid label: 42.85 USD
- Refund for store credit with prepaid label: 19 USD
- Refund for store credit with own shipping: 9 USD
- Size Exchange with prepaid label: 19 USD
- Size Exchange with own shipping: no fee
Rest Of World fees:
- Refund: 23.85 USD
- Exchange: 19 USD
- Store credit: 9 USD
Non Returnable Items
Gift cards and items purchased with gift cards are non-refundable. Items purchased with gift cards are eligible for size exchanges.
Polar Ring Renewed is not eligible for returns or size exchanges.
Bulk Discounts
If you purchased several items for a bulk discount and decide to return one item but keep the other(s), you will be refunded according to the price for the amount of items kept.
Post purchase discounts
If an item you purchased becomes discounted after you make your purchase, we cannot apply the discount retrospectively or offer any reimbursement for the difference in price.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, Renewed rings or customized goods.
The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your Ratchet Ring or Polar Ring for a different size, please contact us at hello@projectratchet.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
