Shipping

Domestic (US) orders are shipped within 1 business day if nothing else is stated on the Order Confirmed page.

International orders are shipped within 5 business days if nothing else is stated on the Order Confirmed page (standard and express).

All orders are sent via our shipping partner in Ohio, United States.

Average shipping times (Standard Shipping):

• USA: 3-8 days  (depending on state, see exact during checkout)
• International: 8-14 days (depending on country, see exact during checkout)

Average shipping times (Express Shipping):

• USA: 2-3 days  (depending on state, see exact during checkout)
• International: 5-8 days  (depending on country, see exact during checkout)

We have a 90 day return policy, meaning you have 90 days to request a return from the day your order arrives.

Size exchanges are always available, as long as your desired size is in stock. If it is out of stock we will ship your new ring as soon as it is restocked.

Customs Information

The United States and countries in the European Union are free of duties and taxes.

VAT and all other duties/taxes/fees are paid for during the checkout process for all countries. This means that you pay for them in advance instead of when your order reaches your receiving country's customs. You will not pay any other fees to receive your order.
