2nd ring arrived today. First was a polar ring , it was too small and didn’t seem to click at all. Dismayed , I returned for v2 size 13 , one size bigger than usual. Love the ring ,very nice to wear and clicking away nicely. This is a keeper , just a shame it cost me an extra £40 for postage
My polar ring arrived with one magnet installed backwards (took me a few days to figure out the problem). I've been emailing them and I've been told "replacement" but no further communication..... Please respond with how to proceed with my replacement.
*****UPDATE***** I've been notified that I'm on the list for the next preorder. Great customer service (assuming everything works on the replacement ring). I will update the entire review once I receive it.

As a mechanic, the tactile sound of the ratchet ring makes me feel I'm always close with my tools, the ring craftsman ship is superb, the portability is a great feature as if you are wearing a conventional ring. I'm really happy with the product and highly recommend it.
Love the ring, it helps me concentrate at work when stressing. Whenever I start feeling overwhelmed I start fidgeting away and calming down.
So after using the ratchet ring v1 for 2 years, I decided to try out the v2. It is a game changer with the distinct clicks!!! I would use the ratchet ring at home and the polar ring at school
I have over a dozen different fidget rings from Lautie, ACEDC, and YEDC. Both magnetic and ratchet type. I’m always worried about them falling apart because they are not very durable. Project Ratchet’s ratchet ring is incredibly durable. When I’m stressed I do around 100 clicks a minute. Over a day I put 500-1000 clicks on the ring. After about 10,000 to 15,000 clicks the ring came apart and I lost the spring. I contacted Project Ratchet and they sent me a new spring immediately. With the new spring and original tool kit it was very easy to replace the spring and repair the ring. It’s really comforting to know I can use the ring as much as I want and if it ever breaks again I know I can easily repair it. I’m very happy with my ratchet ring. I bought a second in case I misplace my original ring. Customer service is impeccable and the product is awesome.

The first one I got worked and was amazing, but the magnets weren't positioned correctly and the action wasn't as smooth as it could have been, especially for fast spinning.
After receiving this this new one, you can see the difference the magnets position does.
This one is so much smoother and I can fast spin it none stop with no problems. Now this ring is just so addictive! The magnets are a game changer.
It is normal to have some quality control issue, especially with a new design, but on top of that they made up for it and sent out free replacements for everyone who had a faulty ring in the first batch. That is just top service right there and very much appreciate this company for doing something like this.
I couldn't be any happier with this ring and is really is a masterpiece at this point!
Years I have been looking for something I didn’t have to carry in my pocket and I could wear in an adulting world. It’s not a crazy big ring that you have to put away in a meeting. You can wear where you want. I carry the cleaning tool with me just in case I need to pop it apart. I would ask that the founders provide a couple of them or sell a pack of 5 for $10. Just in case it gets misplaced.
If you like fast spinning, get the black coated ones. It’s great for both fast and slow fidgeting.

Best fidget "toy" ever! Love that I can just take this anywhere with me. Its helped a lot. The previous version of the Polar Ring kept breaking because the glue holding the magnets came off. But since theyve updated the ring, its been working perfectly so far. Highly recommend for fidgeters

First things first, shout out to Aira for being SO helpful during the exchange process and answering my questions during the order. So so helpful.
Anyways, I am so happy with my Polar Ring. It feels great to wear and works exactly as I've expected from the videos. I did go through the exchange process because there was a minor issue with my first Polar Ring, but it was a simple process where the team asked for a picture about my concern and it was exchanged for another one promptly.
I had an issue with size and they were very accommodating with the return process. Very happy with the new size and with the team behind it.

I have the original v1 ratchet ring and I have been rocking it since the Kickstarter. I have always wanted the v2 but never had the money yet. Until the polar ring teaser came out and I decided it get it. I love it!!! Quiet yet still tactical and both direction is so perfect! I just wish they can bring back the turtle design as permanent option! More customization and design patterns would be nice!!!
